Designed as a ready-to-install upper assembly, this configuration is optimized for short-barrel platforms and suppressed-capable applications. The upper receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and finished in a durable black anodize. The system is built around a 10.5” barrel constructed from 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel. The barrel is equipped with a custom-designed muzzle brake machined from hardened 4150 steel and finished in black nitride. This pistol upper utilizes a pistol-length gas system with a low-profile .750” gas block and a 304 stainless steel gas tube, providing reliable cycling and consistent performance in a compact configuration. Surrounding the barrel is a custom-designed 10” lightweight yet rigid M-LOK free-float handguard. Large ventilation windows along the top rail promote increased airflow, aiding in heat dissipation during extended use. Internally, the upper receiver is outfitted with a Mil-Spec bolt carrier group manufactured from heat-treated 8620 steel. The BCG includes a No. 158 steel bolt, a shrouded firing pin, and a chrome-lined interior. The gas key is secured using Grade 8 fasteners and properly staked to Mil-Spec standards to ensure smooth cycling and long-term reliability. Completing the assembly is the ambidextrous CEO CARNO charging handle, delivering smooth and consistent manipulation of the bolt during both loading and unloading. Produktbeschreibung
Das Oberteil wird aus 7075-T6 Flugzeug-Aluminium geschmiedet und hat eine strapazierfähige schwarze Anodisierung. Es ist um einen 10,5”-Lauf aus 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium Stahl gebaut. Der Lauf ist mit einem massgeschneiderten Mündungsbremse ausgestattet, die aus gehärtetem 4150 Stahl gefertigt und mit schwarzem Nitrierverfahren behandelt ist.
Dieses Pistol-Oberteil verwendet ein Pistol-Längen-Gassystem mit einem flachen .750” Gasblock und einem 304 Edelstahl-Gasrohr, was zuverlässiges Zyklen und konstante Leistung in einem kompakten Design gewährleistet.
Um den Lauf herum befindet sich ein massgeschneiderter 10”-M-LOK Free-Float Handguard, der leicht und dennoch stabil ist. Grosse Belüftungsfenster entlang der Oberseite fördern den Luftstrom und helfen bei der Wärmeableitung während des verlängerten Gebrauchs.
Intern ist der Empfänger mit einer Mil-Spec Bolt Carrier Group ausgestattet, die aus wärmebehandeltem 8620 Stahl hergestellt ist. Die BCG enthält einen No. 158 Stahlbolzen, einen geschützten Schlagbolzen und ein verchromtes Innenleben. Der Gasblock ist mit Grade 8 Schrauben gesichert und gemäss Mil-Spec-Standards ordnungsgemäss gestiftet, um ein reibungsloses Zyklen und langfristige Zuverlässigkeit zu gewährleisten.
Abgerundet wird die Montage durch den ambidextrous CEO CARNO Charging Handle, der ein geschmeidiges und konsistentes Bedienen des Bolzens beim Laden und Entladen ermöglicht.
