CORE ELITE OPERATIONS CEO-15 BATTLE SERIES 5.56 NATO COMPLETE PISTOL UPPER RECEIVER FOR AR-15 The Core Elite Operations CEO-15 Battle Series Complete 5.56 NATO Pistol Upper is engineered for reliability, compact performance, and demanding use. Designed as a ready-to-install assembly, this upper provides a durable and well-balanced solution for AR-15 pistol builds. The upper receiver is constructed from forged 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and finished in a durable black anodize. At the center of the system is a 10.5” 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel barrel, coated with a corrosion-resistant QPQ black nitride finish. The barrel is fitted with a custom-designed muzzle brake machined from hardened 4150 steel and finished in black nitride. This configuration utilizes a pistol-length gas system with a low-profile .750” gas block and a 304 stainless steel gas tube, supporting reliable cycling and consistent operation in a compact platform. Surrounding the barrel is a custom-designed 10” lightweight yet rigid M-LOK free-float handguard. Large ventilation windows along the top rail promote increased airflow through the handguard, helping to manage heat during extended firing sessions. Internally, the upper receiver is equipped with a Mil-Spec bolt carrier group manufactured from heat-treated 8620 steel. The BCG includes a No. 158 steel bolt, shrouded firing pin, and a chrome-lined interior. The gas key is secured with Grade 8 fasteners and properly staked to Mil-Spec standards to ensure reliability and smooth cycling. Completing the assembly is the ambidextrous CEO CARNO charging handle, providing smooth and consistent manipulation of the bolt during both loading and unloading. All Core Elite Operations complete upper receivers are backed by a lifetime warranty covering all manufacturing defects.
